At Tamelys, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you can request a return under the conditions specified below.


1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, you have the following rights:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.

Any request made after this deadline may be refused.


2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • In new condition

  • Not worn

  • Not used

  • With all tags, accessories and protective packaging intact

Any item that is incomplete, damaged, washed or shows signs of use cannot be refunded.


3. Reimbursement terms

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase .

  • Processing may take up to 14 days after validation of the return.

  • In the event of a promotion linked to the purchase, the amount refunded may be adjusted accordingly.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective, damaged product, a product that does not conform to your order, or in the case of an error on our part, in which case we will cover these costs.

We will send you the instructions and the return address.

Step 3

Return the item carefully packaged, keeping proof of postage.


5. Excluded items

Certain items (particularly personalized products, items on special promotion, or special offers) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Exclusions are specified at the time of purchase, if applicable.
