1. Legal framework and purpose of the GTC

1.1 Tamelys.com is operated by GCT AGENCY S.A.R.L., a Luxembourger company (B306520), with its registered office at 11, Rue des Trois Cantons, L - 8399 Windhof (Koerich), Luxembourg.

1.2 These GTC govern access to the platform and the purchase of products or services offered on Tamelys.com. They define the rights and obligations of users and Tamelys.

1.3 By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these GTC.

2. Description and presentation of items

2.1 All products presented on Tamelys.com comply with current legislation and are accurately described (features, images, prices).

2.2 Information is provided for indicative purposes; minor variations may occur depending on stock or suppliers.

2.3 Photos and descriptions do not contractually bind Tamelys beyond the information present on the order page.

3. Ordering process

3.1 Any order requires the creation of a user account on Tamelys.com.

3.2 Before validation, you can check the summary, correct your information, and choose your payment method.

3.3 The order is confirmed by email as soon as it is validated and registered in our system.

3.4 An order is considered accepted when we send an email confirmation. Before validation, the order summary allows you to check your information.

3.5 Presentations on the site do not constitute a contractual offer, but an invitation to order.

3.6 Orders are limited to reasonable quantities for domestic use.

4. Item availability

4.1 Products are available while stocks last.

4.2 In case of stockout or unavailability, Tamelys will inform the customer and offer a refund or a substitute product.

4.3 Orders are limited to reasonable quantities for personal use.

5. Prices and payment conditions

5.1 Displayed prices include all taxes and are subject to change.

5.2 Payments are due at the time of order and are made exclusively by credit card.

5.3 Delivery fees are set at €8.00 per order. However, delivery is free for customers with VIP Member status, as defined in these General Terms of Service, and provided that this status is active at the time of order validation. Any delivery fees will be specified before order validation.

5.4 Products remain the property of Tamelys until full payment.

6. Shipping and receipt

6.1 Products are shipped to France, Belgium, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg.

6.2 A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

6.3 Tamelys is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

6.4 Items are generally shipped within 4 to 6 working days, unless otherwise indicated.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

7.1 You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.

7.2 Tamelys offers an extended right of return of 30 days for complete, undamaged products in their original condition.

7.3 Returns entitle you to a refund via the same payment method or Tamelys credit, at your choice.

7.4 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, in the event that the product is defective or not compliant with the product ordered, we will cover the return costs. In this case, please contact customer support.

8. Legal guarantees

8.1 All products benefit from statutory guarantees of 2 years against non-conformity and hidden defects.

8.2 The customer must report any defect within a reasonable period after receipt.

8.3 Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable law.

9. Data protection

9.1 Personal information collected is used for order processing and account management.

9.2 It is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

9.3 You can access, rectify, or request the deletion of your data by contacting service@tamelys.com.

12.1 The GTC are governed by Luxembourger law.

12.2 Disputes may be submitted to a competent court in Luxembourg.
